All of these sites are basically a how to guide, their are many different ways to improve your memory such as eating different foods or vitamin and mineral supplements. A few of the sites also talked about different techniques you can use to help you remember vital information ( notes, calender reminders, etc.) I noticed that most of the talked about making lists. I have researched ways to make my memory better before, seeing that I have a absolutely horrible memory. Things that I do is repeat names in my head multiple times, set calender reminders in my phone, and I make lots and lots of to-do lists.
